FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Lou Collier is a seasoned and certified Athletic Trainer with extensive expertise in the world of baseball. With a proven track record of community impact, Lou is deeply committed to helping each player achieve peak performance both on and off the field. For over 12 years, Lou has successfully operated a youth baseball program that has paved the way for numerous athletes to earn scholarships to D-1 colleges, with well over 30 players being drafted into Major League Baseball (MLB).
Lou's own son, Cameron Collier, exemplifies this success. Cameron was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the first round of the 2022 MLB Draft at just 17 years old.
Lou takes a holistic approach to training, focusing not only on teaching Major League fundamentals but also on instilling life skills that equip his players to handle the highs and lows of both baseball and life. He believes this combination of athletic and personal development is key to long-term success.
Lou is excited to embark on his latest venture, The Hill Boys, which continues his dedication to shaping the next generation of athletes and leaders.
